Product designer for internal tools, content platforms, and AI-driven products. I design for technically and procedurally complex environments.
Five years designing end to end: user research and journey mapping, requirements and specs, wireframes through prototyped high-fidelity, accessible dev-ready handoff, and the QA, training, and support after launch.
Selected work
Enterprise Permissions
Access changes took days and a ticket to IT. I built a self-serve portal that put permissions with the content teams who actually needed them. 100+ authors onboarded, near-zero support tickets.
Platform Site Architecture
Cut a 9,000-page intranet to 3,000 and the category tree by 37%. The new structure came from 7M pageviews of analytics, a heuristic evaluation, and a 39-person card sort, not from an org chart.
ScamRanger
Fraud protection rebuilt for the people fraud actually targets. Audited the live app, ran a WCAG pass across 20+ screens, and shipped a tighter system across onboarding, home, and learning.
